Terms of use

These terms cover milosdreamevents.gr and the event services of Milos Dream Events — Vangelis Mathioudakis (photo booth, 360 video booth, wish phone, DJ, lighting, spark fountains and related services on Milos).

1. Website

Content (text, photos, logo) belongs to Milos Dream Events unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without permission is not allowed. Information on the site is general; a booking is confirmed in writing or by email.

2. Bookings

Prices, availability and the running order are agreed case by case. A booking is binding when we confirm it and, if agreed, a deposit is paid. Cancellations and date changes must be in writing. Costs already committed (transport, staff) may be retained.

3. Client duties

You provide venue, timing and technical details in time and ensure power and a safe install. Spark fountains and fireworks follow safety rules and venue or municipal limits.

4. Equipment and copyright

Equipment remains ours. Photos and video from the event belong to the client unless agreed otherwise. We may use anonymised portfolio material only with prior consent.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure, weather, venue power cuts or third-party decisions (municipality, port authority, venue). Liability is limited to the value of the booked service, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Personal data

Processing follows the privacy policy and cookie policy.

7. Law

Greek law applies. Courts of Syros / Cyclades have jurisdiction, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
